GENERAL INFO

We offer worldwide shipping and FREE Shipping for orders over 200 euros within Europe and over 300 euros for the rest of the world.

We are happy to offer you a 15% discount for your second order! We thank you for your trust and for that reason you will receive a discount code with your first order that you can use for your second one. Discount will apply on orders over 150 euros and will be valid for all items except those on Sale or with any specific promotion. Your discount will expire in 30 days.

We’ll give you a free pair of your choice of socks when you order a jersey + bib shorts to complete your OUAR kit.

All items are shipped directly from Spain HQ.

A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. 

In case of your product not being delivered: our carrier’s policy is that a parcel isn’t officially lost until after 15 days. This allows for the parcel to be returned to us in case of difficulty delivering it. If you still haven’t received it 28 days after your original order please contact our Customer Service team.

We only work with the main international delivery services companies worldwide. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is 1-2 days within Europe with Express Shipping and 3-6 days with Fast Shipping.

Delivery time is 2-7 days for international orders outside of Europe.

Orders are processed as soon as possible and dispatched on business days, Monday-Friday.

Exceptionally, delivery time may exceed the normal deadline. This might be due to remote location, external logistic issues, even weather or local conflicts. In any case OUAR is not responsible for late delivery.

For orders from:

- Spain and Portugal - 10 euros (orders under 200 eur), FREE (orders over 200 eur)

- Other countries within Europe - 18-28 euros (orders under 200 eur), FREE (orders over 200 eur)

- America, Australia, Asia - from 20 to 42 euros, FREE (orders over 300 eur)

- United Kingdom, Middle East and North Africa – 29 to 42 euros, FREE (orders over 300 eur)

- South and Central Africa, Russia, Caribbean, Rest of International orders - from 30 to 42 euros, FREE (orders over 300 eur)

- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla – 10 eur (orders under 150 eur), 24 eur (orders over 150 eur and under 200 eur), 14 eur (orders over 300 eur)

Final Shipping cost will be shown during purchase process before placing your order.

We are not responsible for any local import taxes or customs duties.

As OUAR is a Spanish company, you may be subject to transactional fees. Please contact your bank for further information.

Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties. Orders delivered outside of the EU will have payable taxes and duties. If in doubt, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Since all orders are dispatched out of Spain, customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. 

Orders from outside of the EU, including the UK and Northern Ireland will have local duties or taxes payable. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.
