However, we understand you may not be completely satisfied with the product purchased on our website or chose not your perfect fit size.

If you would like an exchange or refund of your purchase, you can do it provided it is within 15 calendar days of the date on your receipt and the item is as new and in its original packaging, clean, unworn and with the tags. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items that are not in saleable condition.

 

RETURNS

Prepare the items you want to return with its original packaging and tags.

Upon receipt of your returned package, we will check the content and if everything is in perfect conditions as originally sent to you we will proceed to return the value of the items returned. Goods must be returned ‘as-new’ in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging.

Please note items damaged through general wear and tear are not considered as return items.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to ONCEUPON A RIDE. The shipping cost of your order will be deducted from your refund. Custom taxes and charges to receive the goods by us will be also deducted if applicable.

All sales are FINAL on sale items, which means these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Sale items are those items marked as 'Sale' (discounted from original price, e.g. Archive Sale) or discounted via codes during sale periods (e.g. Black Friday). 

Items purchased with industry and crash replacement discounts are not eligible for refunds.

We only accept returns for purchases made from our official website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact the place of purchase for their returns policy.

 

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item or size, please return it for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you would prefer guaranteeing the availability of the replacement item. Your exchanged item will be shipped to you immediately with the new order confirmation.

SOMETHING WAS WRONG

Even all our apparel is carefully designed and manufactured, errors may occur. If you find a faulty item, please contact us at ride@onceupon.cc and we will assist you in the process.

Upon receipt of your package, we will check the content and the faulty items and we will proceed to repair them, replace them by new ones or refund you the money. 

Please note we are not responsible for a bad use of the garments while wearing or washing them incorrectly. Therefore, if you notice something wrong you can tell us about it within the first 15 days after receipt of them. ONCEUPON A RIDE reserves the right to repair the garment if possible.
