The OUAR Summer giveaway - Legal bases
- Identification of the organizing company.
ONCE UPON A RIDE S.L. (hereinafter OUAR) with fiscal address at Calle Hierbabuena 43, Madrid, Spain, and with VAT ES-B42836189 organizes an event/campaign entitled "Summer giveaway".
- Event start and end dates.
The start date of the event will be July 7, 2023, and will end on July 13 at 00 hours CET. You can participate and/or vote only during that period.
OUAR reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the event in case of force majeure, as well as the right to interpret these legal terms and conditions.
- Rules and Conditions for Participation.
Individuals over 18 years of age with residence in any country may participate in the event.
They will not be able to participate in the campaign, nor therefore be winners employees of the company, relatives of employees, fraudulent profiles, experts in contests, etc.
Participation through agents or third parties, or the use of multiple identities, is also not allowed.
To participate, users must

- Share in your stories on Instagram the post of the giveaway.
- Tag your cycling friends on Instagram, as many friends as you want to increase your chances of winning.
OUAR reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if there is any cause that prevents it from being carried out or in order to improve its progress.
- Selection of the winner and modality of the draw.
The selection of the winners will take place on July 17, 2023.
There will be 2 winners, chosen randomly and the prize will be communicated to them via direct message on their Instagram account. If within 48 hours you have not responded, the prize will go to the alternate, who will also have 48 hours to respond. Once the prize is offered to the alternate, the previous winner will lose the right to claim the prize.
OUAR is exempt from any liability, in case of any error in the data provided by the winners / alternates, which prevents their identification.
OUAR reserves the right for the prizes to be deserted, if the winners or designated alternates do not meet the requirements mentioned in these rules, as well as in the case of not being able to locate the winner and / or alternates.
- Value and nature of the prize offered.
The prize will consist of two sets of one summer jerseys + one pair of socks to choose from SUNRISE SIGNATURE Jersey or SUNRISE SIGNATURE Jersey. Alternatively, we offer you the possibility of changing the jersey prize for a 35% discount on a complete kit consisting of Jersey + Bibs/Long Bibs + Socks. The validity of this discount is 7 days and is not applicable or cumulative with other offers or promotions on the chosen items.
OUAR is not responsible for possible losses, damage, theft or any other circumstance attributable to courier services that may affect the sending of prizes.
Jerseys cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Information regarding the processing of personal data (in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016).

6.2. The purpose of the processing of personal data:
- Advertising and commercial prospecting.
- Management of participation in the "Summer giveaway" event, in the development of the same and in the designation of the winner/s.
- Send promotions and subsequent marketing actions to disseminate and promote the activities of OUAR.
6.3. Periods of conservation of information: The identification data of participants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the event and during the legal periods that, where appropriate, are applicable. The data used for advertising and commercial prospecting will be kept indefinitely unless the user requests their withdrawal from OUAR.
6.4. Legal basis of the treatment: the legitimacy for the processing of data is the consent granted by the participant with the participation in the event and, therefore, with the acceptance of these bases. However, if you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the legality of the treatments carried out previously.
6.5. International assignments and transfers: no transfer of data to third parties or international transfers will be executed.

Rights of the Participant: The interested parties can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and the limitation or opposition of the data in the cases and with the scope established by the RGPD UE 2016/679. You are informed of your right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es).
- Penalties for fraudulent use.
Fraud is understood as the use of independent platforms or applications to get votes or more participations in the contest, as well as behaviors that we detect as apparently abusive and / or malicious.
The verification of any of these practices will imply the cancellation of the participation.
OUAR reserves the right to take legal action against those who perform any type of act susceptible to being considered as manipulation or falsification of the contest.
OUAR is exempt from any liability for damages that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the application through which you participate in the promotion, to the fraud of the utility that users may have attributed to it and to access to the different pages and sending of participation responses through the Internet.
- Acceptance of the Legal Bases.
Participation in the event/campaign implies acceptance of these terms and legal conditions. Any manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of the legal bases will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a result, OUAR will be released from compliance with the obligation against this participant.
